The BYO Craft Supplies Experience gives participants outside the United States access to our live October 16–17 virtual retreat, private Facebook Group, live demonstrations, special guest content, and all the online retreat fun while using supplies from their own crafty stash.
This option is available ONLY to participants outside the United States. Nothing will be physically shipped.
The completed PDF tutorial and final on-demand project videos will be released late on October 21, 2026.
BYO Craft Supplies Experience
We are so excited to have a way for our international friends to join the Inky ParTAY Creative Escape with us!
Because we can’t ship our retreat boxes outside the United States, the BYO Craft Supplies Experience lets international participants join the retreat fun, participate live, and enjoy the online experience while bringing their own crafting supplies.
Important Eligibility Information
This registration option is ONLY available to participants located outside the United States.
If you are located in the United States and would like to participate in the live Inky ParTAY Creative Escape, you must register for the full retreat experience, which includes the physical retreat box.

- Dates: October 16 & 17, 2026 (US DATES)
- October 16th – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST / 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Eastern
- October 17th – 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST / 10:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern
- Location: Virtual – join us from your own craft room!
- BYO Craft Supplies Experience: $125 USD
- Format: Digital-only retreat participation
- Physical Products: None – nothing will be shipped
- Final Tutorial & Video Release: Late October 21, 2026

You Bring the Crafty Supplies!
This is a digital-only retreat registration.
No physical products, project kits, prepared project pieces, cardstock, Designer Series Paper, embellishments, ribbon, gifts, Pillow Gifts, or other supplies are included with this registration.
Nothing will be physically shipped to you.
You will provide your own:
- Stamps and dies
- Designer Series Paper
- Cardstock
- Ribbon and embellishments
- Adhesives
- Tools
- Inks and coloring supplies
- Any additional supplies needed to recreate the retreat projects
Don’t have exactly what we’re using? That’s okay!
Use products available in your market, shop your own crafty stash, and make the projects your own. While your supplies may look a little different from ours, you’ll still be able to follow along with the project designs and instruction.
Important Tutorial & Video Release Information
During retreat weekend, you will have access to the videos, demonstrations, posts, and other content we share live and in real time with our retreat participants.
However, the completed and organized PDF tutorial and final on-demand project videos will NOT be available during retreat weekend.
The final PDF tutorial and organized video collection will be released late on October 21, 2026, at the same time they are released to our full retreat participants.
Please plan to use the live retreat instruction and content while participating October 16–17.
Looking for Tutorial Only?
Tutorial Only is not available for purchase before the retreat.
After the Inky ParTAY Creative Escape has taken place, a separate Tutorial Only option will be released and available for purchase by October 21, 2026.
If you only want the completed PDF tutorial and on-demand project videos and do not want to participate in the live retreat experience, you can wait and purchase the Tutorial Only option when it is released.
